The Ministry of Energy, Tourism and Digital Agenda launches training sessions for new SICTED 2017 agents
The Secretary of State for Tourism continues training for new agents SICTED with 8 courses in 7 locations spread throughout Spain
Under the “Keys to model management” approach, the course consists of 4 training days that are in turn divided into two blocks:
- From Monday to Wednesday, the SICTED Manager, SICTED advisor, SICTED trainer and SICTED evaluator Modules
- And on Thursday the Platform Module, as a practical immersion of all attendees in the management and functionalities of the model management tool DestinoQuality, to carry out a simulation of all the processes.
The SICTED training is aimed at active agents in the tourism sector with the following profiles:
- Technicians from city councils, ADL, tourist informants, etc. labor-related to the destination in which they provide their services in order to guarantee the viability and permanence of the project.
- Tourism technicians from autonomous communities, provincial councils, councils, island councils...
- Personnel of mixed companies at different levels of administration.
- Tourism consultants (employed or self-employed)
The training program for 2017 is as follows:
- Madrid: September 25 -28 Registration deadline September 12, 2017
- Seville: October 2-5, 2017. Registration deadline September 20, 2017 and October 15-19, 2017. Registration deadline September 25, 2017
- Valencia: October 2-5, 2017. Registration deadline September 20, 2017
- Murcia: October 2-5, 2017. Registration deadline September 20, 2017
- Basque Country - Euskadi: October 23-26. Registration deadline October 5, 2017
- Galicia: November 13-16. Registration deadline October 20, 2017
- Toledo: November 27-30. Registration deadline October 20, 2017
