Madrid, October 1, 2014.- SEGITTUR and FITUR, in collaboration with ICEX España Exportación e Inversiones, organize the III edition of Fitur Know-How & Export from January 28 to February 1, 2015, an initiative that aims to support the export of Spanish tourism knowledge.
Spain is a world leader in tourism. Third international destination by traveler arrivals and second by revenue, it occupies a privileged position as an international tourist destination and possesses valuable know-how that is being exported to other developing tourist destinations and many mature destinations.
For this reason, and after the success of previous editions, Fitur Know-how & Export 2015 is organized, a space in which Spanish companies directly or indirectly related to the tourism sector can show their potential and make themselves known. its services and products to other international markets.
This initiative responds to the objectives of the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism included in the National and Comprehensive Tourism Plan (PNIT) 2012-2015 to support the transfer and export of tourist know-how. To this end, SEGITTUR has initiated a process to promote the internationalization of Spanish tourism companies, accompanying them in the opening of new markets and identifying projects.
The deadline for contracting the space within Fitur Know-how & Export 2015 is now open for Spanish companies that wish to show their offer in the context of FITUR.
Participating companies will have a program of activities to learn about business opportunities on the five continents, they will also have the possibility of receiving personalized advice for internationalization with experts from ICEXEspaña Exportation and Investors in multilaterals and ICEX-Next and from < acronym title="State Society for the Management of Innovation and Tourism Technologies, S.A.">SEGITTUR.
SEGITTUR will help participating companies search for potential clients with whom to study business opportunities during the days of the fair , in an exclusive networking space.
In parallel, Fitur Know-How & Export will have an auditorium from January 28 to 31, where it will organize a complete program of activities, in which it will talk about internationalization, smart tourist destinations and the role of entrepreneurs in the tourism sector.
