Travel of german journalists of tourism to Barcelona

The group will tour the active nature of the Catalan province

14.06.2013. Turespaña organizes, through the Spanish Tourism Office in Munich, in collaboration with the Barcelona Provincial Council, a press trip to different tourist resources in the province under the name “Active Nature, Barcelona is much more.”

The trip begins on Saturday, June 15, through the Llobregat Delta, where there is a network of natural spaces that belong to the municipalities of El Prat de Llobregat, Viladecans, Gavà and Sant Boi de Llobregat. In the afternoon the group of German journalists will tour the seafront of Sitges and the old town towards the port of Aiguadolç.

During the remaining two days, journalists will visit the Montseny Natural Park and an ecological garden in Manlleu, as well as the Cadí-Moixeró natural park, the largest in the autonomous community, with 41,342 hectares. There will also be a cultural visit to the pre-Romanesque church of Sant Quirze de Pederet, in Cercs-Berga and the Gothic Pedret bridge, from the end of the 13th century.

On the last day, the Germans will tour the Parador de Turismo Castillo de Cardona, to conclude in the salt mines of this town. Parque Natural Delta del Ebro
