The state secretariat for Tourism policy calls a new edition of the training programme, which Host tourism for the first time incorporates a Digital Skills course on tourist MOOC format as part of its training programme. In Addition, it will include the whole catalogue of courses for tourist quality, both of “ culture of the Detail ” (training in customer service) as “ destination in detail ” (good practices for the improvement of tourist destinations).
The registration period for Host courses online, which are free for all students, will start on 17 february 2020 and will remain open until 26 may.
Places are limited, 80 the maximum number of entrants in each course, with the exception of the classes based on the methodology MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) that are open to all applicants.
All interested in participating in the courses should access the online training platform www.turismo-formacion.com, register (if they did in earlier editions) and make enrolment.
Planning of training courses
The training programme “ culture of the Detail ” consists of ten courses, one to three weeks each. Five of them are aimed at staff contact the customer, and five other owners and middle management levels. Will be developed between 18 march and 10 june.
The programme “ destination in detail ” is composed of a single five-week course and will take place between 11 march and 14 april.
For the new course of “ introduction to the competency ”, will last tourist four weeks and will be conducted between 21 may to 17 june.

The CNTA includes this list in its database of inbound travel agencies in the European Community, with which Chinese travel agencies can contract inbound services in member countries of the European Union. In addition, the final list will appear on the website of the Ministry of Energy, Tourism and Digital Agenda, in the Section dedicated to Tourism.

The CNTA includes this list in its database of inbound travel agencies in the European Community, with which Chinese AAVVs can contract inbound services in the EC. In addition, the final list will appear on the website of the Ministry of Energy, Tourism and Digital Agenda, in the Section dedicated to Tourism.
The list is legally indicative, not mandatory, according to the interpretation of the European Commission; However, AAVVs that are actually going to contract with Chinese AAVVs to provide inbound services in the EC are recommended to register on said list.
